Skydance NI provides a range of fitness classes across the North Coast and Surrounding Areas. There is something for everyone – starting from the age of 6 years old!

ZUMBA

Zumba® is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that uses Latin and international music, and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating, and effective fitness program.
A Zumba® class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.
Everyone aged 16+ are welcome to book into the weekly Zumba classes using the link above.


Aerial Hoop
Aerial Hoop is not only an exciting form of circus arts, it is a great full body workout!
Regular Aerial Training will increase your Strength, Balance, Flexibility, Coordination, and Confidence. You will learn a range of exciting tricks, and have so much fun you forget it’s a workout!
All classes can be booked pay-as-you-go, or as part of a Payment Package using the link at the top of this page. There are a Range of Aerial Hoop Classes Available including:

Kickstart your week with an energising Step Fitness session! This high-energy, low-impact class is perfect for all fitness levels—designed to get your heart pumping, improve coordination, and build strength and stamina using a classic step platform.
With easy-to-follow routines set to upbeat music, you’ll burn calories, boost your mood, and leave feeling strong and accomplished—all before 9 AM!
Whether you’re returning to fitness or just looking to shake up your routine, Step Fitness is a fun, fast-paced way to move your body and feel great.

Hula Hoop
Fridays 6:00-6:45PM
Skydance NI Hula Hoop Classes are great fun with great Music. Complete beginners and experienced Hula Hoopers are welcome to join this class! You will learn basic Hula Hoop Movements such as waist hooping, as well as a wide range of off-body tricks using the hula hoop on your arms, legs, knees, elbows and much more!
There are many benefits to Hula Hooping as below:

Flex & Conditioning
Thursdays 8:00-9:00PM
Strength & Conditioning and Flexibility Training for Pole & Aerial Fitness. This one hour session will use a mixture of Aerial Hoop, Stage Pole, Aerial Hammock and Floor based exercises.
The aim of these classes is to help you become stronger, tone up, and build flexibility. It will consist of a Cardio warmup followed by a core warmup.
There will be sets or circuits of Floor, Pole, and Aerial based strength & conditioning exercises. We finish the session with stretching with a focus on developing flexibility.
